> Single-axle tipping trailer EDK 3023

EDK 3023 is designed for transport of various materials on very steep slopes and narrow paths. The content of the trailer can be increased by mounting of side board extensions. Hydraulic tipping to all three sides. Oval edge of the flour makes simple and easy closing of sideboards possible.

Stable closed C-pressed sections frame 4 mm from St. 52-3, high drawbar overrun hitch with ring towing eye, trapezoidal tipping frame, high-hinged and height adjustable support wheel

/Axle/
Robust RINNER-brake axle with 6-stud rims, brake cam dimensions 300 x 60 mm, axle load 5200 kg/axle at 25 km/h and 4600 kg/axle at 40 km/h

/Brakes/
Overrunning brake with moving automatism, two-wheel braked, brake load 6000 kg/axle at 25 km/h and 3000 kg/axle at 40 km/h

/Tipping mechanism/
Ball tipping mounting with conical socket, 3-stage tipping cylinder/ram, height 1270 mm, hard-chromed, automatic stroke end limitation

Platform with 4 mm steel plate base, plugged corner stanchions, steel sideboards and steel extension boards (original FUHRMANN) with quick shutters, swing and collapsible boards opening, central locking lever (left-right-rear), grain hatch with lever, access ladder according to accident prevention regulation (UVV), underride guard with commercial road lighting system (12 V)
