Universal push-off trailer FORTIS

On this years agricultural fair in Gornja Radgona the new 20 tons universal push-off trailer FORTIS received gold medal.

Universal push-off trailer FORTIS with a rear standard opening is particularly suitable for the transport and unloading Silage, grain, wood chaff and other bulk materials. Versatile application points itself by a fast and simple change to the universal spreader.

The trailer construction consists of a coldly formed, sturdy U-frame profile; 4 chains 14 x 50 with a tearing strength of 25t/chain and simple speed control make a fast, safe and effective emptying as well as unloading possible of most diverse materials. The oil consumption when emptying the box is minimal by circling the oil between tractor and hydraulic motor.

The machine dimensions of the push-off trailer is 9,32 x 2,55 meters with a loading height of 3,46 meters. The loading area amounts to 7.00 x 2.22 meters and gives the trailer with an on-board wall height of 1,50 x 0,50 m a load volume of more than 30 m3 and a pay load of 13 tons. The tandem aggregate with its parabola suspension and a track width of 1,95 meter in connection with a sturdy, trapezoidal rack and a wake steering axle provides for an effective work under most difficult conditions and secures optimal handling characteristics also at maximum speed. The minimum necessary traction power for a normal function is 120 kW / 163 HP.
